Finely chop the garlic and onion. Dice the pepper and Tofu, halve the tomatoes and put everything into a pot alongside the sage.
Add the vegetable broth, white wine, pasta, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, paprika powder into the pot and bring to a boil. Add some more water if needed.
Let the pasta cook for approx. 10 minutes until the pasta is al dente. Season with salt and pepper.
Coarsely chop the basil. Serve the pasta and top with cheese and basil.
