Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Finely chop dried tomatoes and chilli, dice the pepper and transfer everything to a bowl.
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent. Add the bell pepper, chili and dried tomatoes and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil and let simmer for approx. 7 minutes.
Serve the spaghetti with tomato sauce and top with the basil.
