Finely slice the onion and crumble the tofu.
Heat the canola oil in an non stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the tofu, paprika and onions and fry for approx 3-4 minutes. Add the silken tofu, fry for an additional 1-2 minutes and season with Kala Namak salt.
Halve the tomatoes, slice the avocado, and serve with the scrambled tofu.
Finely chop the chives and top the tofu scramble with it.
