Finely chop the green onion. Peel and dice the potatoes into approx. ¾ in cubes.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Fry the green onion and potatoes until the potatoes are golden brown.
Add the peas to the pot and fry until defrosted.
Pour in the vegetable broth, bring to a boil and season with salt, pepper, and dill. Let simmer for approx. 10 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
Blend the soup with an immersion blender and stir in the cream cheese.
Finely chop the parsley, stir into the soup and serve.
