Cut the tomatoes into pieces, halve the olives dice the tofu and finely chop the garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the tomatoes, garlic, tofu and olives and fry until the garlic starts to brown.
Add the pasta, vegetable broth, milk, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper into the pot and let simmer until the pasta is cooked. Stir occasionally. Add water if needed.
