Melt the chocolate in either your microwave or a water bath and add into a blender alongside the silken tofu, avocado, cocoa, agave syrup, and mix until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl and let cool in the fridge.

Preheat the oven to 350 °F.

    Halve and core the pear Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, fill the pear halves with walnuts, maragarine, sugar, and cinnamon and bake for 20-30 minutes until the pears are soft.
