Halve the tomatoes, cut the lettuce into bite-size pieces and add both to a bowl. Dice the tofu and bread.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over high heat. Fry the tofu and bread until golden brown, remove from the pan and add to the bowl.
