Cut the green onion into rings, finely chop the olives and dried tomatoes and add everything into a bowl.
Add the yogurt, tuna, egg, and breadcrumbs into the bowl.
Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
Shape ca. ¾ in thick patties. Heat the olive oil in a non stick frying pan on medium heat and fry the patties until golden brown.
Mix the yogurt with balsamic vinegar and honey. Finely chop the garlic and parsley, mix with the yogurt and season with salt and pepper. Serve with the tuna patties.
