Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Finely chop the shallot, garlic, capers and drain the tuna. Put the tuna and capers in a bowl.
Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Fry the shallots and garlic until the shallots turn translucent. Stir in the tomato paste.
Add the tomatoes, tuna, and capers. Let simmer for approx. 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Add the pasta into the pan, mix well, season with salt and pepper and top with the parsley.
