Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
Drain the tuna and mix in a bowl with oats, eggs, and yogurt until combined.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the mixture evenly approx. ½ in thick on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.
Halve the tomatoes and coarsely chop the green onion.
Mix the tomato sauce, oregano and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
Take the baking tray out of the oven. Spread the tomato sauce evenly onto the pizza dough, top with the tomatoes and onions and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for approx. 10 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
