Heat the milk, oats, cinnamon, protein powder and cocoa in a pot over medium heat until it starts to boil.

Cook them over medium heat, stirring constantly until the porridge is creamy.

    Toast almonds on medium heat in a non-stick frying pan without oil until golden brown and set aside. Stir occasionally.
