Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
Cut the onion into eighths. Cut the zucchini into quarters and cut into approx. 1 in slices, slice the pepper and put everything in a bowl.
Finely chop the garlic. Add the garlic and olive oil to the bowl and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
Line a baking tray with tin foil and put the vegetables in the center.
Cut every ¾ in incissions into the tofu. Season with olive oil and fill the incissions with the cheese. Season with salt and pepper and place on top of the veggies.
Fold the sides of the tin foil up and over the top of the tofu, add the white wine and enclose completely.
Seal the packet and bake for approx. 20-25 minutes.
Serve the tofu and veggies on a plate.
