Quick, easy and delicious. You don't need more than a few ingredients, a pot and a bit of time to prepare this wonderful one pot pasta.

Finely chop the garlic and onion. Dice the pepper halve the tomatoes, cut the chicken into bite size pieces.
Heat the oil in a pot over on high heat. Add chicken, onion, and garlic and fry and sear briefly. Turn the heat to medium.
Add the vegetable broth, tomatoes, bell pepper, white wine, pasta, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, paprika powder into the pot and bring to a boil. Add more water if needed.
Let the pasta cook for approx. 10 minutes until the pasta is al dente. Season with salt and pepper.
Grate the cheese, coarsely chop the basil. Serve the pasta and top with parmesan and basil.
