Thinly slice the onion and finely chop the garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the onions and fry until they turn translucent. Add the honey and garlic and keep frying until the onions are golden brown. Deglaze with the soy sauce and let simmer until reduced completely.
Add the milk into the pot and heat over medium heat. Add the pasta and salt and cook stirring constantly until the pasta is done. Add water if needed.
