Heat a pot over medium heat and fry the minced meat, occasionally stirring until it starts to brown.

Add the onions, carrots, leek and celery and fry until the onions turn translucent.

    Add the garlic and fry for a few minutes until the vegetables start to brown.

      Stir in the tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, and red wine.
