Cook the pasta 1 minute shorter than stated on the package instructions. Drain and set aside. Make sure to save a cup of the cooking water.
Finely chop the garlic and parsley. Put them both in separate bowls.
Heat the olive oil in the pot over high heat and fry the shrimps for approx. 3-4 minutes.
Turn the heat to medium, add the chili and garlic and fry for approx. 1-2 minutes.
Stir in the spinach and cook until it starts to wilt.
Add the pasta, a few sips of the pasta water, cheese, and lemon juice. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
If the sauce is still to thick add a few more sips of pasta water. Season the pasta with salt and pepper and top with the parsley.
