Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Finely dice the shallot and garlic, cut the salmon into thin strips. Set the salmon aside.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté the shallots until translucent.
Deglaze with wine and vegetable broth. Let simmer and reduce to around ½.
Add the cream, and let cook until the sauce starts to thicken. Turn off the heat, add the salmon, mix well before serving.
Add the pasta to the pan mix well, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice and top with the dill. Be careful when seasoning with lemon juice. Just use the amount that suits your taste.
