Cut the tomatoes into pieces, halve the olives and finely chop the garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the tomatoes, garlic and olives and fry until the garlic starts to brown.
Add the pasta, vegetable broth, milk, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper into the pot and let simmer until the pasta is cooked. Stir occasionally. Add water if the needed.
Grate the parmesan and coarsely chop the parsley. When the pasta is cooked add the parmesan and parsley. Serve with the smoked salmon.
