Cook the egg for approx. 8 minutes until hard boiled. Peel and cut into quarters.
Halve the cherry tomatoes, cut the lettuce into bite-size pieces, grate the Parmesan and add everything into a bowl.
Finely chop the garlic and cut the chicken breast into strips.
Heat the canola oil in a non-stick frying pan over high heat. Fry the chicken until golden brown and add into the bowl alongside the tomatoes, parmesan and salad.
Mix the yogurt, cottage cheese, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil until creamy, add into the bowl, and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper.
