Finely dice the apple and put in a bowl.
Add the oats, milk, and cinnamon and mix well. Let the bowl sit in the refrigerator for approx. 10 minutes.
Stir the yogurt and raisins into the cereal.
Chop the almonds and toast them in a non-stick frying pan without oil until golden brown. Serve the muesli and top it with the almonds.
