Peel and dice the potatoes into approx. ½ in cubes. Finely chop the onion and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the vegetables and fry until the potatoes are cooked.

Blend the ingredients listed below in a blender.

Transfer the contents of the pan to the blender and blend into a homogenous mixture. Put the mixture and oats into a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Form fist-sized, approx. ½ in thick patties and leave to rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

    Wash the lettuce, slice the tomato and spread the yogurt onto the whole wheat rolls.
