Preheat the oven to 300 °F.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. In a bowl, mix the yolks with cream cheese and salt.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the yolk mixture.
Spread burger pattie sized circles of the batter onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in the oven for approx. 25 minutes until golden brown.
Finely chop the onion and mix in a bowl with the veggie mince. Season with salt and pepper and form approx. ¾ in thick burger patties.
Heat the canola oil in a non-stick frying pan over high heat and fry the burger patties from both sides for 2-3 minutes.
Turn the heat to medium, put the cheese on the patties and wait until it melts.
Take the oopsies out of the oven and stack your oopsie burger with the patties and the remaining ingredients.
