Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
Halve the plums, core them, and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Place a little piece of butter in the middle of each plum and sprinkle the sugar on top.
Melt the chocolate in either your microwave or a water bath. Add the amaranth to the chocolate and transfer to a plate lined with parchment paper and let rest in your fridge.
Mix the yogurt, vanilla, and agave syrup. Whip the vegan cream, fold in carefully and transfer to a bowl or glas.
Serve the cream with plums and amaranth.
