Add the pasta, vegetable broth, milk, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper into the pot and let simmer until the pasta is cooked. Stir occasionally. Add water if the needed.

Coarsely chop the parsley. When the pasta is cooked add the cheese and parsley and serve.
