Finely chop the garlic and onion. Dice the pepper halve the tomatoes and add everything into a pot alongside the sage.
Add the vegetable broth, white wine, pasta, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, paprika powder into the pot and bring to a boil.
Let the pasta cook for approx. 10 minutes until the pasta is al dente. Add more water if needed. Season with salt and pepper.
Grate the cheese, coarsely chop the basil. Serve the pasta and top with cheese and basil.
