Finely slice the onion and dice the cucumber and put them both into a bowl.
Peel avocados, remove the pit and dice them. Halve the tomatoes and put them in a bowl with the diced avocado.
Coarsely chop the cilantro and add to the bowl.
In a small bowl, mix the lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Add the dressing and toss lightly until coated evenly.
