Peel the banana, add into a bowl and mash with a fork.
Add oats, honey, cocoa powder, peanut butter and milk into the bowl, mix well and leave in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Toast the peanuts without oil, tossing occasionally until golden brown.
Add the honey and caramelize for approx. 30 seconds. Stir constantly. Turn off the heat and set the peanuts aside.
Coarsely chop the chocolate.
Serve the oatmeal and top with peanuts and chocolate.
