Heat the oats, milk, protein powder and cinnamon in a pot over medium heat until it starts to boil. Cook, stirring constantly until the porridge is creamy.
Turn off the heat, season with a pinch of nutmeg, stir in the yogurt and put in a bowl.
Dice the apple. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and fry the apples for approx. 2-3 minutes.
Add the agave syrup, cinnamon and raisins and caramelize for approx. 1-2 minutes. Stir constantly.
Serve the oatmeal with the apples.
