Preheat the oven to 400 °F.
Add the rice into a baking dish.
Cut thecourgette into thin slices, cut the onion into eights, halve the tomatoes and add everything into the baking dish.
Dice the feta. Finely chop the garlic and add into the baking dish alongside the spices.
Mix the cream cheese with the tomato paste and add into the baking dish.
Add the olive oil, olives, and basil to the bowl and mix everything.
Add vegetable broth and bake for 10-15 minutes until the rice is done. Add more water if needed.
Season with salt and pepper and serve with bread.
