Finely chop the chili and half of the mango and put in a bowl. Slice the other half and cut the salad into bite-size pieces.
Add the yogurt, curry powder and olive oil into the bowl and mix until creamy. Season with salt and pepper and spread onto the tortilla.
Top the tortilla with chicken breast, mango slices, and lettuce.
Fold up the bottom to cover the filling then fold in the edges. Roll up to seal. Secure by wrapping with foil if you want.
