Preheat the oven to 375 °F.
Grate the Parmesan and mix in a bowl with cream cheese and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper.
Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Place the chicken in the dish, baste with the mixture and bake for approx. 25-35 minutes in the upper third of the oven.
Halve the tomatoes. Cut the zucchini and carrot into thin strips.
Approx. 10 minutes before the end of baking time, heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Sauté the tomatoes, zucchini, and carrots for approx. 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
Serve the vegetables with the chicken.
